WHO IS THE CLOSET CONCIERGE FOR?
The Closet Concierge and our Digital Wardrobe service is ideal for anyone who wants to make full use of their existing closet by styling and wearing more of what they already own.
If you feel overwhelmed by your wardrobe or forget what items you have, need help with planning outfits, or struggle with packing when travelling, The Closet Concierge is for you.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are currently based in Melbourne and servicing within 30km of Hawthorn. We are able to travel to other locations in Melbourne and Victoria for an additional travel fee, dependent on location.
We are also very open to curating Digital Wardrobes interstate — get in touch to enquire about our services outside of Melbourne.
WHAT PROGRAM IS USED FOR MY DIGITAL WARDROBE?
All Digital Wardrobes are curated in your choice of Canva or Adobe InDesign, allowing for easy editing and updating of your closet.
We’ll also export your Digital Wardrobe as a PDF, which you can store on your phone, laptop or tablet for easy referencing both at home and on the go.
DO I HAVE TO DO MY WHOLE WARDROBE AT ONCE?
Not at all! We can start off with your current seasonal wardrobe, just your work clothes, your most worn pieces, or however you would like to organise your items.
You are most welcome to book additional packages to complete your wardrobe at a later date, or we can also spread our larger packages out over a longer period if you would like to curate your Digital Wardrobe over time.
HOW DO I ADD IN NEW ITEMS?
We know your closet never stays as is for long, so we curate your Digital Wardrobe to be fully editable, with the intention to be able to easily add new items as you purchase them.
Once we’ve set up your initial Digital Wardrobe, you can add in your new items yourself, or our Closet Top Up service is available — where we come back to update your Digital Wardrobe, adding up to 20 new items with each top up package.
CAN YOU ORGANISE MY PHYSICAL WARDROBE AS WELL?
Yes, we offer our Closet Organisation service which can be added onto our Digital Wardrobe Package.
Once we’ve photographed all your clothing, we’ll hang, fold, stack and arrange your clothing in your closet, leaving your space neat and organised, to make getting dressed effortless.
CAN YOU HELP WITH STYLING PIECES IN MY WARDROBE?
Certainly — if you’re in need of some style inspiration, let us put together a collection of looks from the pieces you already own to help you make the most of your existing closet.
Available as an additional service alongside our Digital Wardrobe Package.
HOW CAN I BOOK A SERVICE?

Once we’ve received your enquiry, we’ll respond with a booking link for you to select a time and date for your service. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your reservation, with the remainder due prior to delivery of your Digital Wardrobe files.
